A Coaching Program Designed to Help You Learn the Skills You Need

From Burnout to Balance is Coaching program that will help you learn to reset your life. By the end, you will have the tools you need to manage your thoughts and emotions with more effectiveness and ease. You'll feel less anxiety and more joy! Unlike other Coaching programs out there, I do not tie you into long-term Coaching contracts, or sell you expensive packages that include more than what you need. Instead, we work together to find the pacing + program costs that work for your needs and your budget.

What's included?

  • a one-hour consultation online during the first month, where we talk about you, your struggles, and your goals — including a review of the core-components of stress: physical, emotional, mental, and environmental, and how these impact your life

  • a personalized Growth Plan where we identify the skills you can cultivate to help you move from burnout to balance

  • 45-minute meetings after your initial consultation kickoff, in person or online, for as long as you need where we review the skills you are learning, problem-solve areas of struggle, and hold you accountable to your goals

  • Handouts and homework assignments to ensure you are putting your new skills into practice and will continue using your skills even after coaching is complete

  • 1-2 Email or text check-ins a month, if needed, where you can problem-solve struggles in real time

  • Optional access to a private, online, accountability group to get support and help you follow-through, as well as a learning library with strategies you can access 24/7

  • Wrap-up meeting to review what you have learned and brainstorm strategies for you to continue your progress even after coaching is completed
