If you’re not sure what’s the right fit, book a coaching session, and we can help you determine the best path forward. Individual sessions are $225, and you can easily book your session online using my confidential client portal (link: https://api.portal.therapyappointment.com/n/public/clientRegistration/?therapistId=11ecd7169ae0382ca8a50e3b532c70b5).
This will ensure that we start getting you the results you are seeking ASAP; if you want to book an intensive, to expedite your work further, we can also schedule that on this coaching call.

Because I want to offer you flexibility and results as quickly as possible, I offer a variety of ways to work with me. Individual therapy & coaching sessions are $225/session, and the people who get the most benefit meet with me weekly (though some clients opt to come every-other week, for budgeting purposes). Intensives are designed for people who can’t consistently commit to weekly therapy and coaching, but who still want results. Rates for half-day intensives start at $997.

I am out-of-network with most insurances. This is to ensure that my time, energy, and expertise go directly into serving YOU and helping you reach YOUR goals (rather than spending time & energy on administrative & billing details). However, if your insurance has out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills, for you to seek reimbursement for our services.

My preferred payment method is Venmo; however, I can also accept most major credit cards, as well as health savings account cards (HSA) and flexible spending account cards (FSA).

I like to hit the ground running, and start getting your results as quickly as possible. During our first session, I’ll spend some time getting to know you, allow you to do the same with me, and begin identifying your goals for working together. You’ll leave our first session with some initial thoughts on how we can help you achieve you goals, as well as action steps you can begin implementing immediately.

I’ve purposely designed my offerings to give you options, because I know we all have different lifestyles & time obligations. If time is tight and your schedule isn’t consistent, then you may benefit from intensive sessions a few times per year, with periodic as-needed coaching sessions in-between. However, because life is unpredictable, and stress is a near-constant in our culture, most clients opt to attend coaching sessions weekly or bi-weekly, on an ongoing basis. The goal is never to make you feel like you need to be in therapy. Instead, I hope to consistently provide you with the results and benefits that you desire.
As clients achieve their goals, some opt to scale-back to once/month coaching sessions, or only book coaching sessions as-needed. However, it’s not uncommon for clients to find that they find the process so beneficial, that they choose to continue regularly.
