The Calm Hustle Method blends the best of both worlds. We’ll focus on healing your nervous system, using therapy-based tools, and also incorporate coaching strategies to help you forge a new path forward.

No. While The Calm Hustle Method was designed specifically with high-achieving, burnt-out, ADHD women in-mind, the principles would be helpful for any high-achieving woman struggling with stress, burnout, and overwhelm.

I am out-of-network with insurance plans. However, depending on the pathway you choose, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement on your 1-on-1 sessions, if your health insurance has out-of-network benefits.

This program is a kick-start and does not include the full EMDR 8 phases of treatment for trauma processing. If, during your time in The Calm Hustle Method, I believe formal EMDR would be beneficial, I will let you know and provide pricing options for this add-on.

1-on-1 sessions are 50 minutes long. Group classes, when they take place, are scheduled for up to 90 minutes.

1-1 on sessions are scheduled weekly, but can be rescheduled if you are traveling. Please note I have a “no cancellation” policy — meaning that I expect you to attend all scheduled sessions. I also have a 48-hour “late reschedule” policy — any appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice agree to pay a fee to account for the extra administrative time last-minute scheduled changes create.
Group cohort classes can not be made up.
