Too often, I see high-achieving women with ADHD living in two extremes: pushing through, or completely burnt out. There's rarely an in-between. They feel productive, or they feel like they're spinning too many plates to count — with nothing in between.
We've been conditioned to believe that hustling harder is the way to succeed. That belief pushes us to force our nervous systems into submission, burn ourselves out, and run our bodies into the ground in the name of ambition.
